Аналізується відношення сигнал/шум, яке може бути досягнуте під час оброблення сигналів домен-акустичним процесором. Показано, що якість обробки сигналів вказаним методом в ідеальному випадку визначається якістю цих первинних сигналів, при цьому за умови, що сигнал запису формується малошумним потужним генератором, то в автокореляцiйному режимі опорний сигнал формується із сигналу, який підлягає обробці.

Specifics of ultrasonic piezoelectric actuators resonant emitters application in mechatronics systems

В роботі розглянуто структурну схему ультразвукової мехатронної системи, обґрунтовано необхідність керування акустичним полем у даній системі. Таке керування може бути здійснене шляхом зміни параметрів коливань робочої поверхні п’єзоелектричного привода випромінювача. Тому п’єзопривід розглянуто як ланку системи автоматичного керування, виведено вирази його передаточних функцій, експериментально підтверджено можливість їх використання. Зроблено висновки, стосовно введення в систему зворотних зв’язків за параметрами акустичного поля.

A technique for calculation and design of main structural elements of household induction cookers – inductors and magnetic cores is proposed. The technique consists of two stages. The first stage has been developed on the basis of engineering methods for calculating copper inductors of industrial induction heaters, taking into account the design features and operating modes of induction cookers, done in steps such as selection of geometrical dimensions of the inductor, calculation of main electrical and energy indicators of the inductor, calculation of the system ''inductor-dishes'', determination of the number of turns of the inductor and calculation of the width of the turn. The second stage represents an engineering approach for the calculation and design of magnetic cores made of MnZn ferrites, done in steps such as choice of material for the manufacture of magnetic core rods, choice of geometric dimensions of ferrite rods, calculation of the mass of the magnetic core and calculation of power losses in the magnetic circuit. The calculation results and designs of the inductors and magnetic cores with respect to a number of modes of heating of dishes of various geometric sizes are presented and analyzed. The developed techniques and the results obtained on its base are supplemented and supported by preliminary numerical analysis of the electromagnetic field distribution in induction cookers and heated dishes as well as by experimental research on the workbench developed. Conceptual designs of induction cookers developed by using the proposed approaches illustrate the techniques presented. The developed techniques can be used in the process of research and design of structural elements of household induction cookers, as well as in the educational process for the preparation of Bachelors and Masters in relevant educational programs.

The article analyzes the design features and general modeling of an eddy current sensor for measuring thickness of a metal film. The main tasks of the work are formulated to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the eddy current sensor based on the analysis of different solutions in the turbine industry. The purpose of the research is to study the peculiarities of the sensitive element (coil) of the eddy current sensor measuring the thickness of the heat-resistant metal film of the turbine blades in a vacuum chamber, followed by computer simulation of its functioning to identify the optimal parameters of the oscillatory circuit. The set goal is achieved by solving the following problems. Firstly, a constructive implementation of the eddy current sensor of the measuring transducer for working in a vacuum chamber at a temperature of 300°C is proposed. Secondly, the calculation of the sensitive element of the sensor (inductance coil) is performed for operation at elevated temperatures. Thirdly, corrections for the intrinsic and mutual inductance of the turns, as well as the inductance correction from temperature are studied in detail and taken into account when calculating the inductance. Finally, computer simulation of the developed measuring transducer is performed based on the oscillatory circuit and the quality factor conception of the simulation models. The most significant important results of the work are the following: a) the proposed methodology makes it possible to develop an optimal sensitive element for operation in vacuum and at elevated temperatures, and b) the simulation model helps to determine the best electrical parameters of the measuring transducer elements. The significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of improving the accuracy and, accordingly, the efficiency of measuring the thickness of the heat-resistant metal film of the turbine blades.
