Solution ofscattering problem on dielectric wedge placed between metal plates by boundary element method is discussed. The problem is reduced to set of Fredholm integralequations of the first kind. The set was solved by Galerkinmethod. Due to low dimension of resulting system of linear algebraic equations the method demonstrates high efficiencyand faster computation than finite elementand finite difference in time domainmethods.Proposed method can be applied for rigorous simulation of micromechanically controlled microwave devices.
