Abstract

A simple formula to calculate the temperature dependence of the thermal resistance of the avalanche-transit diodes is, taking into account the temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity of the semiconductor crystal and the temperature gradient on it. The comparison of calculated and experimental data the temperature dependence of the thermal resistance of the germanium avalanche-transit diodes.
