reliability of equipment, mechanical influencesAbstract
The influence of pressure in conclusions of microcircuits, microassembly, and in them solder connections, as result of action of external mechanical loadings – vibrations and impacts – on parameters of reliability of a cell of the radioelectronic device is considered.
