Abstract

The reduction method for model of systemotechnical complex (STC) was suggested for basis regularities unification the part on the whole and interaction analysis these composing in STC elucidation. Constants of information ability increase and regularitys of information ability alteraction were determined. The limitations on model parameters were determined. Dependences for frequency–quant ability of STC and this systems were obtain. Define procedure of STC working systems was consideration. Obtain results describe the accidental intersystem interactions thansformations in regular process.
