phase detector, signals of the microwave range, thin magnetoresistive filmsAbstract
In this paper author describes the phase detector designed to work with microwave frequency signals. This device differs from present nowadays in such way that it has been made not from semiconductor elements (diodes) but from thin magnetoresistive films. The author describes advantages of usage such detectors in waveguide technique.
