Abstract

Investigated at low frequencies (1.5 MHz), the diffraction grating surface acoustic waves, various types of discontinuities are created on a surface of duralumin plate as the miniature model of the substrate. It is shown that in principle possible to create devices using the diffraction grating element as a surfactant in performing the spectral analysis of the signal.
