Influence of phase detectors harmonics to accuracy of phase difference measurement

Abstract

Results of the analysis of the phase difference measurement errors caused by the influence of the harmonics of the input and output signals of phase detectors performed by multipliers analog signals. It was found that the multiplication of meanders or meander and harmonic measurement error signal commensurate with the measurement errors at multiplying harmonic signals.
