The inference of settlement ratios for frequency converters

Abstract

It is shown that, using the approximation of the current-voltage characteristics of the nonlinear element frequency converters truncated power polynomial necessary settlement ratio can be obtained easier than generally accepted procedure for the transistors and diodes for frequency converters. To this end, expressions are obtained from the parameters of diodes and transistors operating in a mode of frequency conversion.
