Abstract

Conductivity copper films on DC and in the transmission of microwave signals. It is shown that the electrical of electrical conductivity the films is close to bulk samples, and the attenuation of the microwave signal is much smaller than the effect of the relevant structures formed by electron evaporation and magnetron sputtering. Corrosion resistance films 2-4 times the resistance of the films deposited mentioned methods.
