The guidelines for building walk-through disk resonators based on magnetostatic oscillations, discs which are made by etching of epitaxial yttrium iron garnet film, intended for use as the frequency-sets element of microwave oscillator, constructed by the ring scheme. Experimental studies have established that, at nearly twice the restructuring of the resonant frequency, resonators have Q-factor of at least 1000, and it increases with frequency. Since the construction of new disco film resonator is planar, it allows you to combine them into a single planar structure with a microwave amplifier for the construction of a ring oscillator circuit with an electrical microwave frequency tuning.
