Calculated and analyzed the basic parameters of electromagnetic wave in a circular waveguide with a rectangular metal plate in the following cases: when the circular waveguide without metal plate for a H11 wave of subcritical, critical and supercritical. For calculations was used a finite element method and Ansoft HFSS program.
