The task of detection the combined signal response by the specialized system of preliminary nonlinear probing (SPNP) from the obstacle nonlinear scatterers (NS) on the basis of structures "metal-oxide-metal" by means of receiving array antenna on a background of Gaussian noise is examined. For the creation of conception of the SPNB functioning the research of forming components of the combined signal response co-operation character from the obstacle nonlinear scatterers, which are arbitrarily carried in space and have different dispersive ability, is conducted. It is shown that for determination with some confidence probability of interaction character of the investigated combined signal response forming components from the obstacle NS, which are arbitrarily carried in space and have different dispersive ability at probing of the medium by the system of preliminary nonlinear probing, it is necessary jointly to analyze efficiency of detection the accepted signal response by array antenna with three methods − χ2-test, consistent treatment of signals and «max−λ» test.
