In this work the advantages of neural networks for the synthesis of microwave devices are considered. The problems which can occur using neural networks as the universal approximating system in problems of frequency-selective microwave devices synthesis are characterized. The expediency of solving these problems by using ensemble of neural networks is substantiated. Offered the architecture group which used for the practical implementation metal dielectric microwave filters, taking into account their characteristics in the stop bands above and below the pass band. The expediency of the further investigation of the proposed architecture in problems of synthesis of material objects is shown.
