Abstract

The content is devoted to investigation and ascertainments of the nature of electromagnetic waves, amendment of basics of electrodynamics
on the example of waves radiated by electric dipole of Hertz and proof the fact that Maxwell’s theory is not studied yet. Obtained results found to work in the new principle:electromagnetic field tends to occupy maximal possible area of the space. Principle of constant velocity for electromagnetic wave, postulated by A. Einstein is not correct
