Abstract
A method for optimizing production processes, which are distinguished for the duration of the production cycle, the drift of the main indicators - criteria for product manufacturing life - and a large number of uncontrolled technical factors. The method was tested to optimize the manufacturing process of integrated circuits and showed significant efficacy.
