The schemes of the piezoelectric modulators

Abstract

In the article the schemes of the piezoelectric modulators produced on the basis of the ceramic transformers are discribed from which one may mainly distinguish schemes with the modulation on the expense of the change of the piezoelectric properties of the material and schemes with the change of the full (electrical) quality. The brief description of the constructions is given for each of the schemes. The possible applications and some advantage are pointed out in compare of the other kinds of the modulators.
