Abstract

The Radio Engineering Faculty was established on the basis of the Radio Laboratory electro-technical faculty of the Kiev Polytechnic Institute, founded by Ogievskii in 1921. When there was a small laboratory workshop where mounted special equipment for laboratories and orders for different institutions. here was built first in Ukraine for main connection korotkohvylovastantsiya South Western Railway, made wavemeters, cathode gauges and others.
